If you have made a successful purchase (with confirmation) and have yet to receive the item purchased, there are a couple of reasons why this has happened. Some product/service providers can take up to 24 hours to add the item(s) to your account – you can contact the provider directly at the Support section of their website to confirm the purchase and inquire about the average amount of time required for the purchase to appear.
You should also log out and back into your product/service account, this can trigger the purchase to appear as it should.
Download: Be sure to check your spam/junk folder in your email account for download items, as the email may have been redirected.
