If you see a purchase/charge on your payment account that you do not recognize, please confirm that there is no one with access to your payment accounts who has made the purchase on their product account. For example, we typically have parents who believe a charge is fraudulent, but upon further investigation, realizes that a child or spouse made a purchase within their product account on a shared computer. Some browsers automatically fill in credit card information on payment pages, so a family member sometimes accidentally charges the wrong account for their purchase.

We will work with the provider to investigate the charge and come to a resolution for all parties involved as quickly as we can.
